Maggie Da Prato
Biography
Maggie Da Prato is the Vice-President, Talent at LawZero. She brings 15 years of experience in translating organizational objectives into talent strategy, specializing in organizational design for dynamic, high-growth environments.
Her background includes leading the HR function in various capacities at Stingray and Dentsu, as well as serving as Global Head of People at Dialectica, where she scaled the Americas region from 20+ to over 400 employees in 3 years. Maggie began her career at Ubisoft, holding various local and international mandates. She is a Lecturer at HEC Montréal and holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and a BSc in Psychology.
