Alessandro is a Senior Machine Learning Research Engineer with over 15 years of experience developing intelligent systems that combine Reinforcement Learning, large-scale simulation, and multimodal learning. His work bridges advanced AI research with the design of scalable, production-grade systems, spanning domains such as aerospace, defense, robotics, and autonomous control.
His research interests include simulation-based optimization, multi-agent systems, and the integration of learning and physics-based models for adaptive decision-making. He is particularly focused on building robust and interpretable AI systems capable of operating effectively in complex, dynamic environments.
